To help ensure appointment availability and the smooth running of both clinic and domiciliary services, a cancellation policy is in place.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, will be charged at the full appointment fee.

Late cancellations create gaps that cannot be filled at short notice, and for domiciliary visits this also includes allocated travel time.
